Atelier Magnus SB ships worldwide using DHL and other trusted couriers to ensure secure, insured, and trackable delivery based on your region and service availability.

Order Processing

We will process and prepare your order for shipment within 3 working days after receiving payment. If there are any delays due to unforeseen circumstances, public holidays, or internal events, we will announce them via our official social channels, including Instagram.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or other fees imposed by your local customs authority. These charges are not included in our prices and are the buyer’s responsibility. Atelier Magnus SB cannot estimate or cover these additional costs. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

Address Requirements

We require a valid residential or business address for all shipments. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, parcel lockers, or military addresses (APO/FPO).
