Refund policy
The sale of all items are final and non-refundable. Exceptions may be made in the event of a manufacturing defect or other circumstances, in which case please reach out to admin@ateliermagnus.com
Exchanges
Purchases may not be exchanged.
Shipping
In the event a return can be made, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping to return your item, if we provide you with a shipping label, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled, but are subject to a 3.5% cancellation fee. This fee is also applicable to products that are removed from an order.
Refunds
In the event that a refund is issued, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and we will inform you if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
